Descanso en la naturaleza

Entorno maravilloso, habitación de lujo, servicio amable y pendiente de cada detalle. Se agradece cada rincón de descanso y la tranquilidad después de un largo camino. Está un poco lejos del camino (camino en cuesta importante), pero al llegar todo es paz y relax.

Really disappointing

Sadly this place and location has such potential . Despite confirming arrival time and the fact that it was possible to order food from the local town, we arrived to locked gates . When the person who looks after the animals arrived we accessed the hostal but not our rooms as no staff in sight . Finally a young girl turned up without an acknowledgement , the bathroom in the room was dirty and WiFi does not work . The proprietor turned up 3 hours later, treated us with complete indifference , she is currently chatting rather than ordering our food from the one (not the several confirmed by e mail ) restaurant.
So disappointing for a place with such potential.

Not for pilgrims

When the river rings water carries. They lie do not offer Transfer service as it says on posters and websites. It's a long way off. Maybe it's okay to come with kids, because he has animals. But NOT FOR PILGRIMS.I asked kindly if I could cancel it by seeing the location. He wouldn't give me a choice. We waited 45 minutes and it rained. The argument was that I didn't say exactly when I arrived. Too bad.

Picturesque pedagogical farm before Negreira

It's an educational farm, but it's not exactly for pilgrims. As we are doing the route in low season, this was what was open. It served the purpose. But there are many animals like deer, llamas, horses, Vietnamese pigs. You can prepare food there or have it delivered. Edu was very friendly

NO RECOMENDABLE

UN DESASTRE TOTAL, NO RECOMENDABLE
El albergue estaba en unas condiciones de limpieza bastante deficientes: había polvo y suciedad, hacia frio y la calefaccion no funcionaba y hacia mucho frio, y la atención recibida dejó mucho que desear. Además, durante la estancia sufrí picaduras de bichos, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera todavía peor.
Después de lo ocurrido, llamé a la dueña para solicitar la devolución del dinero, pero ni siquiera me cogió el teléfono ni pude obtener una respuesta.
Me parece una falta de consideración hacia los clientes. La limpieza, el servicio y la atención al cliente fueron muy deficientes. No volvería y no lo recomendaría.
