Couple with Cloud

Very charming hotel, very friendly staff, highlighting the spectacular restaurant, the very nice room with a jacuzzi overlooking nature, with a waterfall in the background that makes you relax with the sound, we went with our dog Nube, it is amazing to be able to enjoy the hotel and the facilities next to her, everything is very clean and they make you feel at home, they are all very attentive, there is no moment to get bored since they have a large adventure park with via ferratas and zip lines, the most impressive being 500 meters long .... amazing especially the monitors great human quality and helpful, attentive and nice !! We will return!

They have to pay you to sleep there

The experience was terrible. Society is amazing. The heating worked after we warned more than five times to get it checked. To which must be added that they have the building open all day with enormous cold outside. Mattresses are over 20 years old. The blankets are full of pet hair. The shower has no warm water only. It is not an absolute Hotel, it looks more like a boarding house. And there are much better alternatives in Cangas de Onís at the same price.
The only positive part was the people who attended us who were very friendly. But really the accommodation is in very poor condition.

DISAPPOINTING

We have spent 5 days in this hotel. I'll go in pieces. The cleanliness of the room is totally ZERO.Neither the sheets, nor the towels, nor the bathroom, nor the room sweeping. The trash can (the only one you are going to count on is the one in the bathroom) we have changed it each time it has been filled. The towels were spread on the window to dry because there is no towel hanger either.Air conditioning do not wait, maybe you do not need (we have coincided with the heat wave) and we could open the window, but no.The room was filled with moths and bugs, as normal being in front of the mountain and without having a single mosquito net in the room. The room (no 12) is a dirty square for 120 euros a night. Do not count on soap and shampoo because it does not replenish either. The hotel stairs are also not cleaned and there are cobwebs absolutely everywhere.
Now, I HIGHLIGHT:
The kindness of the employees cannot be better.
The monitors who perform the activities are amazing, fun, friendly and very professional with their work.
The cook cook cooks very very well.
This has been the only reason we have not left after the first day. The human quality has been very good again.
The hotel, better to take a spin and know how to maintain and exploit it better.

Not recommended.

Room 31. Run away from her. Noise ALL night from a generator or something, right over it. Peaceful environment, war room. Very small and dirty: cobwebs everywhere.
Restaurant: I ask and I am confirmed, two half portions. Then they charge me the whole ration because “in the kitchen they have been told that you cannot mediate” When serving them I confirm with the theoretical cook that they are HALF rations.
Brick custard from Mercadona sold as homemade, and at 5 euros a ridiculous glass.
Poor choice...
Of course, the spectacular surroundings. But...

Get informed and place of passage and views Unbeatable

The unbeatable place, they have been able to take advantage of nature. But better not to ask places of interest because I was told by the boy who at twenty-peak km had Reinosa lol naive and ignorant of me, he meant 174km approx. The amazing place. Take care of the cards and rings even if they are silver. The luxury tortilla!
