I would go back there anytime!
We had a really lovely time at the Hoposa Panorama and felt comfortable from the very first day.
Everything seems modern, stylish, and cozy at the same time. Upon arrival, the pink umbrellas in the entrance area immediately catch your eye—a small detail that gives the hotel a very special charm and puts you in a good mood right away.
However, the entire team remains a particularly positive memory for us. Everyone was always friendly, warm, and helpful. Regardless of whether we had a question or a small request, it was always taken care of immediately, and we simply felt well looked after.
The cleanliness was also consistently top-notch. Our room and the entire property were always very well-maintained.
Overall, we had an all-around successful stay and would recommend the Hoposa Panorama at any time. Many thanks to the whole team. We would love to come back!

Very kind staff and helpful staf however a bit understaffed.
Good and clean pool facilities, however the pool is not very big and quite crowded during peak hours.
Very nice room and facilities in general. Small fitness but fine for cardio.
Nice location close to city however far enough away to be very quiet.

Great Hotel with a bouquet approach but when we visited it had large family group with various ages of children. No issues with this per say but the pool and dining room were not big enough to accommodate.
We had a couple of minor issues with the room but these were resolved immediately. Staff very pleasant and attentive.

Great location, clean and enjoyable stay, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only negative was not being able to buy a morning coffee from the lobby as it was apparently only for guests paying for breakfast. Overall a good stay.

×× PLEASE CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION IMMEDIATELY ×× This hotel has no air con where they serve breakfast, in the hallways to your rooms and in the shared spaces, gym etc, bar area. Room air con is very slow and took 3-4 hours for ours to reduce to what is bearable.
Maintenance work is still on-going, a paint of exteriors building right next to where you are trying to relax near pool or some light drilling in fixing components of rooms. Bike access does not work and could not be solved then IT system went down.
Staff are horrendous, new, untrained, smarmy and ultimately unhelpful and abusive to the point of physicality. I was personally shouted at by the chef with his finger in my face when handed scabbled eggs at 1030, ordered at 1020. Breakfast closes at 1030. Two other guests had asked for more food prior to my ask, I was the cherry on the top to his anger. This incident was raised to two staff members and ignored. Management no where to be seen despite allegedly being contacted by the two staff members, we have our doubts. Food is scarce and has to be asked to be replenished even in 9th hour of the morning, in a 4* hotel this is questionable.
None of the above came with an apology.
Swimming pool is small, and standing room only if you get 10 in it.
This is the site of a 2* hotel taken over by Hopsa and sadly is still at that level if not below, music across the road until 1130pm and all rooms face the music.
