Snow trip

Budget hotel, clean, simple, nice and very attentive reception people.
Good location to spend a few days skiing in both formigal and panticosa.
We will repeat and thank you for the treatment received.

Nefarious service

The waiter a rude and high-handed. The service too slow to be menu. I agree that there were many workers and I understand that they have to be served earlier because they have limited time.
But the waiter's squeaky-washy attitude has made us leave without dessert because he has served townspeople before, my money is as good as theirs.

They don't give glasses of water at the bar.

Be careful that in the bar they do not give glasses of water even for children according to them because if they give glasses of water they cannot pay the water and electricity bill. I still can't believe that the lady told me even though I was going to consume that she doesn't give glasses of water. But what is happening?

Unbeatable location, excellent treatment, close and like home, clean and complete facilities, living room with a multitude of board games for rainy days. Very comfortable beds and a correct and clean bathroom. We will definitely return

Good location in centre of town, functional room with twin beds but no view as promised when booking , great to have a lovely pool, nice temperature with views, sun loungers way past their best though!
