The best hotel and treatment in Mallorca
It was a gift I gave to my partner and, although it was express, it was second to none.
The service, the warm welcome, the treatment, the details... make the experience a luxury experience from the moment you enter the hotel.
We were received very kindly and, the valet service took care of parking the car in the private garage they have. We were given the best room (suite 404, highly recommended for this type of booking).
Inside the room we were waiting for a Moët Chandon and some chocolate strawberries courtesy of the hotel; soon a girl from the room service came to ask if everything was okay and gave us some mini chocolates too.
At the moment we go down to the spa that they have on the lower floor, a spa with very nice views of Cala Major beach, but also an intimate and cozy place to relax from the frenzied and busy life that we lead. They have different stations: hot sun loungers, essence showers, sauna and Turkish bath, as well as a pool with different jets and jacuzzis.
At the end of the spa, it was almost time for dinner, we decided to stay at the hotel and we had dinner at the restaurant they have. It should be noted that we were not able to decide what we wanted to eat from the wide variety of dishes available; in the end we made a medley and, together with two glasses of wine, we tasted several starters, main dishes and desserts: special mention to croquettes and octopus, although really everything is spectacular.
The comfort of the bed, the sheets, the pillows... are unparalleled; in addition, the room has different rooms (a lounge, the bathroom, a dressing room, a terrace overlooking the whole beach...). It was definitely to have stayed longer and enjoy every detail.
Finally, and before we left, we could not not not taste the famous breakfast of the hotel: Eggs Benedict", have different versions although I could not not not try salmon with an extra avocado. Just delicious. The rest of the Buffet was also very rich and of course absolutely all the hotel staff were very friendly and friendly to us.
We already want to come back, and we certainly will.

Magic and unforgettable
A magical and unforgettable stay. We were looking for a special place to disconnect and could not choose better. What captivated us most were the fabulous views; waking up and seeing the sea from the room is an experience that leaves you speechless. The hotel has a romantic atmosphere perfect for couples. Also, the staff is lovely, always attentive to every detail and making us feel at home. We'll definitely be back.

beautiful hotel
Excellent hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Staff who are super, super friendly, and very helpful.
The breakfast is very good, yet clearly much, much less than in their other 5 star hotel in Valencia of the same chain where we have already stayed several times.
Reception and guest relations very helpful and super friendly.
We had a nice room with reasonably large terrace. It is a pity that there are no facilities to sit in the shade on your own terrace of your room. A parasol was not allowed, because of danger to the wind, which I can understand. But then an extendable sun tent would have to. After all, it is a 5 star hotel.
The breakfast is very good, yet clearly much, much less than in their other 5 star hotel in Valencia of the same chain where we have already stayed several times.

Stunning hotel with stunning outlook
Lovely hotel on a stunning beach. Staff are lovely and very helpful and the food is high quality. Beds are very comfortable and i recommend a sea view room if you can. I am already looking to rebook for august.

Disappointing visit.
We are astonished that this hotel has 5 stars. It is located in the middle of a run down town with very little to offer. There wasn’t too much of an atmosphere to the hotel. The staff seemed to show little interest in some of the issues that went on. The rooms were nothing special and seemed like a Premier Inn in size and very expensive. We didn’t believe they were value for money. On the whole, we felt the cleanliness was dealt with round the pool when people were out there. It would seem more sense to have it cleaned the night before. One morning there was vomit around the pool and cigarette butts all over the floor. The noise level was unbearable on a couple of days when a large group descended for a wedding. They crammed the very small pool and were drinking and smoking giving no consideration to others. Management were informed but the bar staff seemed to show little interest. The sun beds around the pool were extremely crammed in which was not acceptable in my view. Smoking was taking place all round the outside spaces of the hotel which I think should be flagged up. The access to the beach was not fully explained before our arrival and was 49 steps down and 49 back. All it mentioned was that access was an issue with no more explanation. The breakfast was very disappointing with warm milk and juices. Some of the staff seemed totally disinterested with the problems and some food was served cold.

Regarding the increased activity around the pool during your visit, we would like to clarify that your stay unfortunately coincided with a small group of guests who had booked independently online and were attending a wedding celebration held outside the hotel. This was an exceptional circumstance and not representative of the peaceful atmosphere that our guests normally enjoy. Our General Manager, together with other members of the management team, repeatedly reminded the group to respect the comfort of other guests, and our staff did everything within their power to manage the situation as best as possible. In addition, the cleaning of the outside areas was carried out several times during the group's visit, in line with our regular schedule. We sincerely regret that, despite these efforts, your experience was affected by these circumstances.
Concerning access to the beach, we would like to clarify that the 42 steps are located outside the hotel and form part of the public access to the beach. Nixe Palace Hotel enjoys a unique beachfront location in Cala Major, one of the hotel's most appreciated features. Our in-house guests have access to the beach from the second floor inside the hotel. This information is explained at check-in and is also clearly signposted in the elevator. In addition, for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, we offer an alternative step-free route through the spa area.
We were particularly surprised by your comments regarding breakfast, as our team continuously supervises the buffet throughout the service to ensure both the quality and the correct temperature of all food and beverages, including milk and juices. While isolated incidents can occasionally occur, they certainly do not reflect our usual standards. Nevertheless, we have shared your observations with the relevant department for further review.
We were equally disappointed to read your comments regarding our staff. Providing attentive, professional and personalized service is one of our core values, and the positive feedback we receive from the vast majority of our guests reflects this commitment. While we respect your perception, we do not believe it accurately represents the dedication of our team.
