A very pleasant stay
I had a great day in this hotel. The staff is fantastic , really friendly and helpful and location was great , close to everything you want to visit in Palma and Santa Catalina. A special thanks to Camila as is super happy every morning assisting us at the breakfast area with a big smile :) . Will definitely come back to stay .

Wonderful stay!
This was a wonderful place to stay! It was convenient to the old town sights. Every luxury from home was included from the refreshing air conditioning, comfortable bed, fantastic shower with wonderful soap and lotion, to the superb breakfast. Most of all, the staff was so nice and helpful especially Camila who made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast and ensured our stay was the best with making us feel at home while on vacation.

Amazing staff
Natalia and Alam are the most charismatic people we met during our stay. So nice , always very willing to help us at any time during their shifts. Alam is a very specially individual , kind and the best professional I've met in hospitality

Centrally located good hotel
Centrally located hotel with nice rooms. The breakfast was very delicious and we would especially like to praise
Estrella and Sonja who put in a lot of effort and prepared it with a lot of love.

Hotel very well located in the center of Palma, with a good breakfast in a very pleasant patio. Excellent attention from the staff, both at reception and during breakfast. Small but comfortable and bright room.
