Lovely friendly hotel.

The hotel staff were lovely, always engaging and helpful from the front desk to the restaurant staff.
The pool area was nice with plenty of beds and seating in the sun and shade.
The room was nice, shame the TV didn’t support Netflix which we have got used to having in most hotels.
The only thing to be aware of is that it is a 40 minute walk to the main area - downhill and I would recommend a taxi up due to steepness of the hill! You do have a lovely view of the port due to the location on the hill.
You will need to have breakfast as there is nothing else around really.

As you mentioned, our hotel is located on a hill in a peaceful residential area, allowing guests to enjoy panoramic views of the bay. While Palma's city centre can be reached on foot in around 35–40 minutes, many guests prefer taking a taxi for the return journey due to the uphill walk.

The hotel is perfect also for longer stay at Palma.
If you will stay here, you HAVE TO TAKE the breakfast here!! It was sooo DELICIOUS.

Good choice to visit Palma

Comfortable hotel for visiting Palma, clean and spacious facilities, very kind and attentive staff, making your stay very pleasant. We had a problem with the minibar, and they changed it for another one right away. The pool is great for cooling off,
We went with our own car and had no problem parking easily in the surroundings.

This room does not deserve a 4-star rating.

Broken glass in the wardrobe.
The air conditioning is not functioning well. The
The ventilation in the restroom makes a terrible noise; one cannot go to the bathroom and let their partner sleep.
Sorry, there are many things to review.

Terrible experience staying quite hyped, not worth the cost.
They are more focussed on promoting outside ambience and facilities such as swimming pool sun bed etc. But rooms are in very poor condition and no amenities provided such as electric kettle
Curtain trail, shower head was broken that resulted in flood outside.
There was no light in shower you have to depend on outside foyer light.
Hotel is scattered in different section, avoid the building on the right.
The room was given in a building which was under renovation that make the entrance and lift dirty.
