Great big balcony and very large rooms for Mallorca. Breakfast area is very big and enough space. Great interactions with staff. Was overall very happy with things.

Nice hotel. Good location if you like a lively atmosphere. The load SJ at the pool and live music until 11.00 - which could be heard through the 10th floor windows - wasn’t something my 9 year old enjoyed but probably great for a party group.

Very bad experience. Communication with the receptionist is like spitting in the face of a guest.. the hotel is far from worth the price indicated and which we paid. There was no electricity in the bathroom. The pool only opens at 10 am and if you want to swim or lie by the pool before breakfast, you can't do it, the door to the pool is locked like in a prison. The indoor pool should open from 7 am but it is also locked everywhere and there are not even any signs anywhere. Very low level. We travel a lot and have visited many hotels in the world, but this hotel left a terrible disappointment. Communication at the reception is rude, without apologies and worth zero.

Good price-performance ratio

The hotel has a manageable pool area, which is nevertheless sufficient. The rooms were well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had all nationalities at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Very varied. On Sunday, there was even sparkling wine for breakfast. The prices at the bar, which belonged to the pool, were relatively cheap for Mallorca. All in all, a nice, recommendable hotel.

The hotel was modern, clean, and well maintained, and we looked forward to the large, varied breakfast buffet every morning. It was also a nice touch to have a DJ playing music by the pool in the afternoons. But the absolute highlight of the hotel was the friendly and kind staff. A special thank you to the wonderful guy handing out towels by the pool and to the fantastic team at the bar. Not a problem but almost all of the guests were German.
