Great location, clean and nice
We had a great apartment with large balcony facing the sea. Really nice. Clean and comfortable. Perfectly ok equipped kitchen. Great location near beaches, restaurants, shopping, supermarkets and buses to Palma. Very friendly and helpful staff. In the evening and at night, the staff at the casino, door in door, help. Can warmly recommend.

Not good value for money!
The apartment could be a bit better equipped, very minimal amenities. The pictures deceive, we had no balcony with sea view. Windows drafty and out to the backyard. The air conditioning buzzed very loud, and is not turnable, so you sleep rather poorly. The boiler had a problem on arrival. No hot water. You shouldn't arrive with expectations that are too high, or better not at all. Few dishes, and sockets available. Cleanliness in the room (bathroom mold!!!) could be better. The staff at the reception were VERY unfriendly and not at all helpful!! Wifi very weak. The wifi reception in the room is very poor and does not allow proper surfing or streaming. Such apartments need renovation.

Nightmare holiday in Embat! Never again !
Never again Apartamentos Embat, only 1 weeks missed holiday joy!
Absolutely to forget!
Absolutely run down, beautiful pictures, the reality is different, very bad wifi, could not even create the boardig passes, duvet cover had yellow spots, no balcony, although in the pictures, bathroom with mold, kitchen appliances broken, refrigerator broken, dishes emergency, hard to cook or eat with, no hot water on arrival, had to go to bed sweaty, all faucets, shower head dirty and unsanitary, mold in the room, max. 1 person could then shower, too little water, and "very unfriendly uncooperative" staff (reception), no problem was solved, only very cheeky answers and remarks, seems to us as if the gentleman was even illegally employed there, was the "worst" thing we experienced in Mallorca, never again,
Attention: If you want to be annoyed about lost holiday joy, then you can book it.

Never again
Never again. If you are undemanding and don't want value for money, then this is the place for you. There is so little space in the bedroom that you have to climb into bed. Mold. Dirty. Broken things, desolate, hardly any German channels. Forget about WiFi. There is never any reception, unfriendly, not helpful, doesn't do anything if there are problems with the room. Rip-off! Never again!

Nightmare vacation ! Never again Embat Apartments, just 1 week of lost Christmas joy!
Absolutely deteriorated, beautiful photos, the reality is different, very bad WiFi, boarding passes could not even be created, the bedspread on the bed had yellow stains, there is no balcony, although in the photos, bathroom with mold, kitchen appliances Broken, refrigerator broken, makeshift crockery, difficult to use for cooking or eating, no hot water upon arrival, had to lie down sweating, all the taps, shower head was dirty and unhygienic, there was mold in the room, then A maximum of 1 person could shower, very little water, bedroom to small, had to climb into bed, no parking spaces! You have to carry your shopping a long way, very unfriendly and uncooperative staff (reception), no problem was solved, just blatant, it was the worst thing we have experienced in Mallorca, never again, absolutely forgettable!
