Charming hotel in Onteniente

Very nice hotel in the center of Onteniente. Aside from the Wi-Fi that did not work very well during our stay, everything was perfect: bedding, comfort of the room, good and plentiful breakfasts, interior and exterior decor, and the parking was very appreciated when traveling by car. Pleasant staff. Good value for money at the restaurant.

It should not be allowed to offer rooms in basement-zulo. Discriminatory conditions towards disability.

I requested a room with shower well in advance, they replied that without any problem. When I arrived I was given the adapted room. But my God, what adapted room discrimination. It is in a basement, next to 5 more rooms. Ours the perfect shower well the hot water took a long time to come out, the windows with bars do not have accessibility to open them and also you can not see if it is day, if it is cloudy or if it is sunny there is no visibility outside. A zulo that have made rooms, could have turned the basement into spa area and would have been better for their services. But the amazing thing is that there is only one emergency exit that is stairs. AMAZING AGAIN for people with reduced mobility to be in the basement and unable to leave. I would like to see this situation inspected. 1. DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION 2. EMERGENCY SITUATION STUDY. The first time in my life that a 4-star Hotel offers me a room in a basement without accessibility to a window at least. Claustrophobic and worrying my two night stay there.

Only recommended

It's a great place. The staff were very friendly and you created a good atmosphere. The bedrooms have a very nice bathroom with great bathtub and cozy beds. The blankets are very warm and the pillows not too hard and not too soft. One is centrally located from Alicante, Murcia and Valencia so perfect for families who are here by car. Parking is 1a. A mercadona is 3 min walk away.

Getaway two days

The spacious suite and the very comfortable bed and the yacuzi for relaxing, great, the advantage of parking, breakfast very well, I already wanted to find more quality than quantity, and although everyone was friendly, for me the best the manager of the cafeteria.....and the worst (the late receptionist when we arrived, but in all the jealousy there is a grain, and I did not sharpen the party, although I try ) the rest. I repeat, all kind and polite
