Failures make you uncomfortable if you go more than a few days.

Very central, clean, friendly, but TV very bad, interference and few channels. Bad heating. Pressure from the taps filled the bath with water. All the rest very well.

Great professionals and close.

Very well located, clean and comfortable hotel. Highlights include cleanliness, and attention from reception staff. The treatment of the gentleman who attended us in the mornings was close, friendly and very helpful. It made our stay very pleasant. Even your afternoon companion. Very good both. We'll repeat for sure.

All very well, except Jesus the receptionist.

We have spent New Year's Eve 2025/2026 at the hotel, the dinner has been very good, quantity and very good everything to be an end of year dinner, the site and the right rooms. The staff in general well, except Jesus, the receptionist who although his work is correct, the treatment and his comments towards the customers border on the bad taste not to say anything else harsher. The definition is of a stupid person who should not face the public. Anyway....thanks to this person surely we will not return and that as I said everything else quite well, especially the location.

Bedding and quality facilities

The staff is friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel very early in the morning before the Check in in in the afternoon so we could visit the city more easily. Cleanliness is exemplary and this in every nook and cranny. No dust on brick walls or in spaces often forgotten in hotels. The bed linen is clean, the bedding nice and the beds ultra comfortable. The rooms are simple, a small fridge is provided as well as bottled water in non-plastic containers, Bravo! We got our hours of sleep back from a long trip to this place where we will definitely return. Thank you very much for your Welcoming and the quality of your facilities.
