Very clean single room with ensuite. Excellent aircon. Stayed when the restaurant was closed however this was no great issue due to superb location. Very easy to walk to Pla. las Flores and Pla. Catedral (approx 10 mins) and Mercadona on the adjacent street. Staff were very patient with me on check in as I had limited Spanish however we persevered!

The Pacocho hotel was excellent, staff very friendly and helping us with everything we needed. Clean and convenient location to walk to the center of the city.

Room was spartan - nothing in it to make it welcoming. Bed really uncomfortable - like sleeping on a rock. Room really warm - no way to adjust temperature. Bathroom extremely dated - shower cubicle tiny and shabby. Room described as 'soundoroofed' - what a joke! We could hear literally every sound from the room next door. Wifi abysmal - described as being 'over 100Mbps' - I did a speed test and it was less than 1Mbps. Ended up using my mobile data. The only positive I can give this hotel is the location.

Not very welcoming

Sent the hotel a message asking for a quiet room - I appreciate they are quite busy but they could have put me on the end of a floor (where I'm only adjecent to one other room - instead of between 2 other rooms) I don't know what is the point of being able to make a requst to the hotel when it's just ignored.
The wifi was really poor - it was faster using my own mobile data. In this day & age hotels really should be able to provide a decent standard of wifi. The room was spartan - no artwork or indeed any effort to make it at all welcoming. The bathroom was really dated, and contained the only bin in the room - so small that you could put literally nothing in it. No way of controlling the room temperature, no fridge - just the very bare basics.
