A 10 out of 10 experience with a pet.

A 10 out of 10 experience. The hotel is amazing, a palace converted into a convent and then into a hotel. The staff's service is a 10, very attentive and pleasant, they helped us at all times.
It is a pet-friendly hotel; we were able to sleep with our dog without any problem. (Unless they cannot be left alone in the room)
I would repeat and recommend it 100%

Well located for visiting Cantabria

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. But it has no air conditioning, no refrigerator, and no elevator. I can understand the elevator part since it is an old church, but a hotel with these features and these prices cannot be without air conditioning.

Excellent stay.

Excellent stay, we really liked the hotel and the treatment of its staff. We felt very comfortable.
Very cool decoration inside and out.
