Green park hotel
Didn't expect to pay a 60 euro returnable deposit, I had snorers next door what kept me awake, I was on the 6th floor and the room was ok and had a fridge, TV remote & safe you have to pay for, kettle, microwave, hob, room cleaned once a week & towels changed. Location central.

A building site!!
Came here to warn people! This hotel/apartment block is ok, three star at best, room was fine, clean, and everything worked apart from the safe and no TV remote but the buttons hidden underneath the TV worked it ok. It based in the Irish area of Maspalomas so expect loud bands and karaoke in the local Irish bars. But that's not why I'm reviewing, the problem was the weekday repair works that start up early each day I was there. Was woken by drilling, hammering and workers communicating by shouting at each other so it was like trying to sleep on a building site. There was no forewarning to guests so couldn't plan to avoid it (eg going to bed early and/or bring big silicone ear-plugs which probably wouldn't have been enough to muffle it.). Was exhausted on the day had to travel home. Renovation works with noise on that scale should warrant temporary closure, planned off-season. Also, if you planning on relaxing by the pool, forget it - it backs onto a busy main road with constant traffic noise including occasional emergency service sirens - The pool bar staff put music on which maybe serves as a way to help drown out the noise, but just made it worse! So stick to the beach which isn't too far to get to. Overall, the accomodation is ok, just maybe check with them first before booking that there will be no renovation works planned or you'll wish you'd paid more for a better place to stay.

Terrible, do not go!
I do not recommend it at all; I arrived yesterday and within half an hour of entering, I left. The terrace door was broken, and anyone could enter from another apartment. That is another issue; the terraces are all next to each other, and from a small staircase, anyone could enter our terrace from the apartment right next to us. A child with his parents was playing with a ball and throwing it onto our terrace, coming from his terrace to ours as if it were Hollywood. We had no security that someone could open our terrace and enter as if it were their home. Then the fridge was full of dead mosquitoes as soon as we entered, which they assured us was completely clean. The apartment was full of dust, hair, and who knows what else. In short, the worst experience I have had in years. Here I will post some photos because I find it super disappointing, and there was no solution from the reception. We had to leave in the end, and they did not return the 60 euros deposit they requested, which I am not even enjoying in that apartment that I had paid for, and then they did not return a single cent. I do not recommend it at all.

Noise From Building Work
For anyone who doesn't know, Green Park is a hotel that was split in half several years ago with Green Gardens being the other side.
Green Gardens is undergoing some serious building renovations over the next 6-12 months with all rooms being stripped back to the bare concrete, new windows and patio doors, and the pool being dug up. This means there is a lot of building noise from 8am from heavy machinery, drilling, you name it. This was something the company we booked the hotel through did not mention and nor did the reception staff when we arrived late at night.
To say the area is dusty with concrete is an understatement and although I have no doubt the hotel next door will look fantastic when finished as it's attached to Green Park you may as well be in the middle of the building works yourself.
Putting this aside the hotel still hasn't paid any attention to reviews about sun loungers, the smoking area being up 3 flights of stairs to the solarium, or the pool being dirty.
The room was not cleaned regularly, ours was done once the whole week we were here - not hygienic when they tell you to put the toilet roll in a bin and not flush.
Reception staff are always lovely
