Clean facility but until 11 pm Loud music from about.

Clean facility . The rooms are clean down to the bathroom, since the paint comes from the ceiling. Very friendly staff. What is very disturbing is every night until 11 pm very loud music from the Rio Hotel opposite.

Belmonte very well

quiet area, 5 minutes walk from the bus stop "Avenida de Bonn", 10 minutes walk from "Ecumenical Temple", 15 minutes walk from Yumbo Center, around the corner the "Canary Paseo" with which to reach all the beaches, from those under the house to those on the dunes, always around the corner 2 supermarkets and any bars.
stable early 80s but is characteristic and furnished with the same style, Mr., Alejandro reception is friendly, in the morning you meet the cleaning people. for check-out I left the keys in the room and closed the door.
I had apartment on the ground floor (agreed during the confirmation call, ultra kind) with normal windowed bathroom, large room with two single beds + wardrobe + TV, small corridor, large living room with kitchen equipped with induction hobs, microwave, fridge, dishes, dishes, everything you need for cooking, toaster, blender, electric juicer, etc. two sofas (one with bed), table for 4 people, TV, large covered veranda with additional table and chairs, two deck chairs.
swimming pool available in the common garden.
everything clean very well, in the bathroom would lack a dispenser with liquid soap, as well as in the kitchen.
in the morning at 7.45 they make you find fresh bread (huge loaves) for two people: a great thing!
very positive experience.

Nette Anlage

Wir waren über Weihnachten in dieser Anlage.
Ich kann hierzu nichts Negatives sagen.
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig.
Geschäfte, Promenade und der Strand sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.
Wir kommen sicher gern wieder!

Schöne Anlage

Wie bereits von den Vorbewertern geschrieben. Kleine ruhige und saubere Anlage. Insgesamt 21 Appartements. Im Februar überwiegend von deutschen Rentnern belegt. Schnell zum Einkaufen und zur Promenade. Appartement ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Sehr sauber.
Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Super Anlage in Strandnähe

Wir kommen schon seit einigen Jahren ins Belmonte und waren immer zufrieden. Es war auch dieses Jahr wieder ein toller erholsamer Urlaub. Das Personal ist nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage und auch die Appartements sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir werden auch im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen, weil wir uns hier wohlfühlen.
