It is what it is

I’ve read reviews before coming but don’t feel they’re all exact and would say they’re personal preferences.
The staff are friendly and helpful and all speak different languages so none struggle to be heard. I didn’t get a good reception when I did my check in cause she didn’t tell me room number or give card. Didn’t get any helpful info on where anything was. Just stumbled to the luggage room to start then found the food hall. And worked the rest out.
The room was good but as a Brit I need a kettle in the room. Also air con is good to have but gets cold but easy remote to work.
There’s 8 floors. Hope you don’t get a high floor because the 2 lifts are slow for the hundreds of rooms they have. And there’s no service elevators for the cleaners and their trollies so expect to share lifts with them.
The entertainment wasn’t for us. They all spoke multiple languages which is brilliant but no uniform so for days we didn’t know they actually worked there. I didn’t see them putting actual shows on apart from when it was lunch time and everyone was inside eating, then I did see them do a dance show. But we missed other stuff as other than a screen near dinner hall there’s not much advertised. Also not sure what the shows are to tell you. They do daft quizzes that don’t make sense. Then should be more fun like dancing for the kids or little bingo for a break, can any of them sing? Think it needs to be looked at and have some organisation/professionalism.
Food was sometimes good/sometimes s**t. If you’ve fussy kids don’t expect them to eat much. Maybe plain pasta and crackers. Oh and if they don’t like mousse or yogurt then no dessert for them. There’s other things but nothing normal. Plenty of fruit and the bars and help yourself drinks are good. They have a token thing going so you take cups back but annoying when you forget the tokens and you’ve to queue up for the lift another 10 mins cause there’s a queue and only 4/5 people can fit in them.
The sea is right behind the hotel and the water is lovely. Saw some fish underwater and jellyfish too. The pool is nice and plenty of seats. We’ve never struggled to find a bench. Not allowed floats in the water though for safety which I can understand. Although we did for 3 days before been told. There’s tennis courts and a tiny play ground for tiny people. No inside entertainment that’s I’ve seen even though there’s a stage.
Plenty of shops outside and bars. We did a quad hire and was shown by someone who didn’t speak English on how it worked. Tbh I managed and it was a good little thing. Wasn’t sure how I’d fair on the wrong side of the road. No idea where I was meant to go so I just went and had to try remember way back. Would recommend.
Little shop in the hotel. Who knows when that’s open. It’s sometimes is.

Average

Lovely clean hotel, entertainment team were great. Food was average at best, 2 small lifts that take forever. Pool is much smaller than looks in pictures. Overall reasonable hotel but I won't go back.

Clean and fresh with boring food - a perfectly okay stay

A clean and nice hotel on the whole. The AC in the room worked great! The rating is pulled down because of the food. We are a family that goes abroad with all-inclusive every year and likes most things but this time…no. Some dishes were quite okay but the rest were maybe not disgusting but very boring and kind of the same every day. The two youngest lived on melon and croissants. The snack bar in the afternoon was the salvation for the kids, pizza, burgers and sausages that were okay.
The pool was in the smallest team for so many guests and the parasols had to be held tight when they were far too few.
Then we have Alexis on the staff - what a star! Always happy, spexed and offered himself and amused everyone, a real joy spreader! He gets full marks from the whole family!
The beach was five minutes walk away and the water was super clear.

Not worth the money

Avoid hotel, stayed here for a week, you’ll spend most of waiting for the 2 tiny lifts. Cleaning staff do not have a service lift so they are also using the guest lift. Hotel predominately French guests, hotel is definitely favouring the French guests as most of the entertainment is spoken in French. All inclusive food not worth it, food is warm/cold. Snack bar is decent. A lot of staff are rude wouldn’t even allowed to have a wine glass, had to have a plastic cup. If you are English I would avoid this hotel and go somewhere else.
