Fantastic hotel find in Malaga
We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of March. We were celebrating my daughter’s 18th Birthday. From the moment we checked in we were impressed. Our flight arrived at gone midnight so didn’t get to the hotel until really late but a lovely friendly guy on reception was there to greet us and check us in. After a busy day exploring Malaga (there is a bus stop across the road from the hotel so getting into the city is cheap and easy) realised I’d forgotten an adapter . Asked at reception whether they had one we could borrow and amazingly they did. Again another really friendly and helpful guy. On the day of my daughter’s 18th birthday they left a beautiful cake with a card in our room which was so thoughtful. The room and wider hotel is spotless. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable I’ve slept it, pillows were perfect. I never sleep well in hotels the first night, but slept amazingly well here. We went up to the terrace and there’s nice views, sadly pool area was closed off possibly abit early in the season but this is a lovely area. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. It is fantastic. Thank you for making our stay so perfect.

Very good hotel! Really friendly staff, great roomservice. The Hotel was really clean and taken care of. If you want a big pool, maybe this hotel isn’t for you. But I had a great experience here!!!

Perfect break
Myself and my wife, on our first visit to Malaga ,we could not have chosen a better hotel than the Sercotel Rosaleda Malaga, our visit was from 29th June 2026 through to 3rd July 2026,everything was perfect, all members of staff, were very professional, and courteous towards us ,this is why we have rated Sercotel Rosaleda Malaga 5*,we are planning on a return trip in March 2027,
We are sad too be leaving today , we have a evening flight ✈️ later so we are having a beer sat outside on the front,

Nice stay, a few upgrades needed.
Overall the hotel was fine. The reception and bar staff were helpful. Breakfast was average standard not much variation. The location is ok as its close enough to the main town and easy to take a taxi in and out.
The room was clean and serviced every day, however we did experience a few hitches when not enough clean towels were left one day and on another day the toilet paper was not replenished. On both occassions the receptioist helped us promptly..
The major disappointment was the pool and rooftop area. The pool was only 0.5m deep so not room for swimming. The seating area needs upgraded, 10 sun loungers, (with no padding or cushion so not particularly comfortable) some smaller chairs and no parasols to offer shade. This could be a really nice space if the hotel invested in some parasols, greenery and better seating. We noticed people actually lying on the tiled floor which is not great. The photo of the pool on the website is a bit misleading. I’ve attached photos taken during our stay.

Breakfast was good, good variety - mix of hot and cold foods. Hotel staff were all friendly, cannot fault the cleanliness.
Only negative of our stay was that there weren’t enough sun beds by the pool - often people would end up on the metal chairs or simply lying on their towel on the floor. For a hotel that has a rooftop pool I would say they should have more sun beds.
