I had to leave my hotel due to some problems and ended up in this hostel unexpectedly. I had no expectations, but it is clean, comfortable, and the staff are truly the nicest part of this place.

They care money over people.

Really expensive for a bed in a shared room with 8/12/22 people.
They charge you with extra money (which is not based on any protocol but on what the manager considers to charge you that day) for leaving your suitcases in the towels room for a few hours.
Disrespectful treatment to employees in terms of respecting their laboral righta and in terms of firing policy.

Terrifying.

I don't recommend it...a sinister place...we came back from dinner and had taken all our belongings because they had over-rented our (private) room..a night of terror

Terrifying.

Shame on what they did to us in this hostels...please don't go!!! We had paid 2 nights... the second time we went out to dinner and when we returned we had taken all our things from the room (which we paid for a private one with bathroom) they told us that we had to leave because because because of a mistake of them that they had over-rented... it was a night of terror... they wanted to return the money at 12.00 am .. practically threw us in the street at night .. nowhere to go!!. they have complaints about disqualification and because they shelter immigrants .. obviously we did not know... the sinister owners

When I arrived at the place there was no one at reception. There were a bunch of guys all around inside and outside the place. I said I booked a room and they all looked at me weird and didn’t speak any English. They just led me out of the place and pointed to a different spot. It was late and dark and I was very uncomfortable and scared.
I tried looking for a place they pointed me to and it was a gated residential facility.
I left.
