Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 15 Sept 2025 until Thu 11 Jun 2026 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. ARRIVAL: 24H Reception SERVICES: A baby kit suitable for children under 1 year and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€) Towels and linen bed are changed every 4 days. Guests must clean the kithcen before checking out. A free cleaning kit with essentials is provided. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 12 EUR per pet and per day or 75 EUR per pet per week. Please note that pets weighing less than 10 kg are allowed. 1 pet allowed per apartment. They must allway present their vaccination certificate. The swimming pool is open during summer season (from 15th June to 15th September). Subject to possible changes depending on the weather. BOOKING CONDITIONS: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the service charge (1€) applies to all bookings and it is not refundable. Babies count towards the total capacity of the property. Parties exceeding the maximum capacity of the apartment are not allowed.
