This property is located in Madrid in a quiet area, well served by metro lines and buses to reach the city center in a few minutes, also in the area there are many public establishments (bars restaurants pastry shops supermarkets). The structure is managed in an exemplary way for friendliness and availability, very well cared for the furnishings and cleanliness of the rooms

Excellent

It is our fourth time staying in a room with private bathroom.
I loved the improvements made , all new and very nice (plus point the little frigo).As always everything perfect , highlighting cleanliness, friendliness and attention of Javier. We'll be back.

The attention given.

They have treated us, as always, with kindness and professionalism. It is in an area that has all the necessary services without having to travel much, but if you go further it is as easy as leaving the building and 10 meters away there is a bus stop and, of course, there are always taxis. The subway entrances and exits are also very close.

Simple, good location and authentic.

Considering this place only has 2 stars, it exceeded my expectations. This was originally an apatment that was turned into rooms for guests. Smal, simple but clean with everything you need. I was really happy with a clean and neat bathroom with a spacey shower. The staff was extremly friendly and helpful, late arrival was not an issue. It can get louder as the walls are somehow thinner but the place is very central, 20 minutes walk to the centre and surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants and local atmosphere.

Great stay

Great stay for a fair price. Simple but clean, cosy room with 2 comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms for the apartment, in a nice building. Safe neighborhood, in a quiet place away from the chaos, but well connected to the centre via metro (2 mins away) or by foot (20 mins), good connection with the airport too.
