Walking distance to Atocha Travel hub, trains, metro, buses. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Art museums in walking distance. Friendly basic hotel. Lots of stairs no lift.

The walls of my single-bed shared-bath room were filthy. They really need to be cleaned. Also, there was a blanket in the closet but it looked unwashed so I ended up sleeping in my jacket to stay warm.

Rooms are on 4th floor without elevator. There is no tea or coffee maker available in the room, but host proposes to make boiling water

Not worth of the money. Not a hotel, more like a dormitory. Location is excellent though.

Convenient for proximity to train station

Convenient location, close to Atocha station.
The room is small but clean and with a sink and for some, a shower.
The bedding is good, we slept well. The soundproofing is very correct.
The disadvantage is the 3 floors a little steep with suitcases.
