You get what you pay for

Place to stay for a couple of nights, excellent location. Good price, large shared bathroom that needs just be fixed a bit- shower-. A bit noisy if you stay close to the main entrance. Friendly staff.

Inadvisable

Unclean chick. Cockroaches and bed bugs. They offered me anti-bug spray. Inadvisable. Staff attentive but embarrassed at the situation. Good location. Lack of thorough renovation and company visit several dewormings.

Bad

The only positive point of the place is the location. Commonly dirty shared bathroom. Uncomfortable room, no air conditioning and bad pillows. The reception has limited opening hours, which prevents guests from leaving at any time. I do not recommend!!!

Average hostel

The hostel is very old but everything is quite clean, the location is perfect, a 2-minute walk from the Gran Via, and they have the heating on constantly, which is appreciated given the low temperatures they had! The only negative is that they charge you to store your luggage!

Depressing

Run down, no proper curtains on the window so people on balcony outside can look into the room, noisy, doors rattled all night because of drafts, tired 70s-80s decor, sort of cement-type floor in the room... all in all quite depressing. Only saving grace is the very central location.
