As a first-time visitor to Madrid, all I was looking for was a room with a bed in a convenient location, and HNGI certainly provided that: great location just off Gran Via close to the B

I was extremely sick last minute and asked to modify the dates or make an exception and they declined without any effort to make a change or help…

Not up to standard for a hotel at that price and rating. You could hear everything, people leaving, talking, doors slamming and so on. Don’t book if you wanna be able to sleep.

Clean room, good staff and availability. Rooms are code to one another so every door slam and conversation and water running is audible.

Staff was very nice and friendly, the place is really well located, building is old but you’ll have what you need for a fair piece.
