SCAMMERS AND UNPRESENTABLES

Do not rent their services, they are SCAMMERS. I showed them my reservation and they told me that it was not possible and that they did not know what we were talking about and they left us on the street, in addition to waiting an hour for them to show up and without giving us a reliable way to contact them... I had to search your phone number online. You are unpresentable

A una hora en metro del centro de Madrid, es simplemente un apartamento con habitaciones habilitadas para dormir, pero es que me encontré con las sábanas y toallas sucias del anterior cliente y aun insistiendo por la única via posible WhatsApp y telefono no me las cambiaron. No tiene recepción ni servicio. Detestable y horrible.

Estafa en Hidalmen Arte Rupestre

Es una estafa el supuesto alojamiento Hidalmen Arte Rupestre, nunca me entregaron la habitación por la cual pagué en Despegar.com. Cuando llegue al supuesto alojamiento, me dijeron que mi habitación había sido alquilada a otra persona, se comprometieron con devolverme el dinero pero se negaron en cancelar la reserva en complicidad con Despegar.com. El supuesto alojamiento, en el barrio de La Peseta en Madrid, es en realidad un lugar clandestino donde subarrendaban habitación, pero la propietaria se enteró y le metió un juicio. Por eso es que ahora se dedican a estafar a los huéspedes. Cuidado porque publican propiedades que no existen, y cuando llegas a Madrid le meten el cuento de la reubicación y no sabes adónde vas a terminar. Igual se quedan con la plata porque es su modus operandi y dicen que la cláusula los ampara!!! Realmente gente despreciable, deshonestos y mentirosos. A ver si hay mas personas que pasaron por el mismo via crucis y le metemos una denuncia a los estafadores de Hidalmen Arte Rupestre y los portales que los encubren tales como Despegar.com.
