Excellent experience

I am very satisfied with the experience at this hotel, excellent location right in front of the Principe Pio station, an essential hub for going anywhere you want (buses that take you to Parque Warner also leave from there for those who might be interested), the property is new, the rooms are spacious and very clean. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a great location, close to both a taxi stand and a metro station, making it easy to get around Madrid. The room was clean, quiet, and well soundproofed from outside noise. It was equipped with a Smart TV, so you can log in to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and other streaming accounts. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, and the bathroom was spotless and well stocked with towels, shampoo, and shower gel.
The staff were always kind, friendly, and helpful. I stayed here for the BTS concert, and if I ever come back to Madrid, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Very clean. For a few euros you can add breakfast, although they have some free teas 24 hours a day. We were very satisfied. Small but new and clean room.

Exceptional

3-star hotel better than many 4- and 5-star hotels in Portugal. Very cozy hotel, clean and very friendly and attentive staff. I will recommend without any doubt this hotel
