    You get what you pay for. Shared rooms with smell and noise. Long bathroom lines in bad conditions (poor water pressure, dirtiness…). Good thing was lockers and store rooms for luggage.

    lousy experience at Hostal Casa Sofia Madrid

    It's the worst place I've ever been, it's a robbery, a scam, I've been given a shared room that looked like a jail, bunk beds with inflatable mattresses!!, no air conditioning , people coming and going at all hours until 3:30 am, I SLEPT NOTHING!

    Dirty Bathroom, jammed up over crowded rooms. Lockers busted can’t get assistance from staff. The hostile was more for homeless and drug addicts. I ended up leaving and staying at a hotel up the street. And when you did find a staff member, they acted like you were bothering them. It was terrible. I managed to get out safely. Everything was fine after that.
