A very good choice

Perfect location and majisimo staff. I'll repeat for sure. Also very clean and good the noise they say out there I did not suffer at least in my room. Oh, yeah. You're downtown and you hear traffic at certain times! But that's the least of it. Really a hit.

They have bed bugs and they are not responsible for offering you any choice or returning the money.

When we accessed the room, we detected the presence of bed bugs on both walls and beds, as well as stains on pillows, which showed a serious lack of hygiene. When trying to report the situation, there were no staff available at reception, so we decided to leave the property and notified the hostel and the Booking platform by mail.
The response of the accommodation was totally evasive and lacking solutions. We were offered no alternative or reimbursement, and were forced to seek accommodation early in the morning, incurring an unforeseen expense.
Moreover, the subsequent contact with the staff girl, both by mail and in person, was absolutely unpleasant, denying what happened and fabricating falsehoods to avoid liability. We were even unjustly accused of having brought the insects and causing problems with the arrival time, which is flatly false.
And leaving the bed bugs and the scam behind, the really nasty thing about the receptionist who just arrived seemed to spare our lives.

PESIMO AND DEPLORABLE SERVICE

Undoubtedly the worst to stay in Madrid, and the appalling and regrettable customer service.... I'm never coming back. That's for sure. Apart from the fact that the care service shines through its absence when the ill-mannered lady who takes care of it presents herself, it can not be worse....

Only 1 thing good location.

1°on arrival it is not easy to locate because it is in a block of flats and has a small sign on the door next to other different businesses in the block, 2° IMPORTANT LIE HAS NO RECEPTION 24 H ,3° you hear all the noise of cars and paper rooms,4° the cleaning is null bathroom full of hairs, dirty tiles, plugs, very very dirty corners, bathroom curtains with hairs, the only good thing is EXCELLENT LOCATION, but lovely for how painful this hostel is
