Very good

Excellent location just 100 meters from Gran Vía, in front of the police station, which makes it a quiet place.
Their facilities are impeccable, the room is comfortable and very clean, and the bathroom is beautifully renovated.

A good experience!

A minute from Callao Square on Gran Via then a few minutes from the historic center. Clean and bright room with balcony on the square in front. Very quiet area also because a few meters from the police station. The guys at reception discreet but helpful. Elevator very narrow but necessary to reach the third floor. Daily cleaning with linen change

Experience in Madrid

Room 307 sold for double instead equipped with a bed of a square and a half. Room without wardrobe and chair. Fixtures closed with tape. I would not recommend the stay if you want a comfortable and easily accessible room for a trip.

Fast wifi, great location

The location is really great 5-10 mins from 4 train stops/lines getting in and around is super convenient.
The single room was small but clean, no fridge or water kettle. The front desk is limited, 10:30am-5;30pm only, so be aware of arrival the 2 front access doors use a real key, and the elevator wont fit more than 2-3 people sans luggage

Valid solution for visiting Madrid

Great location to walk to many places of interest. To and from the airport taxi flat rate 33 euros. In the area several paid parking lots. There is no breakfast but below c there is a great pastry bar with savory dessert. Suboptimal discreet cleaning (dust in furniture). Manager very nice and helpful.
