Having chosen them was a very good decision.

Unbeatable location steps away from everything, noise 0, total rest, attention from its staff was 7, perfect cleanliness, accurate rooms. It's a place that meets expectations. A perfect option and very well chosen. The bowling's a little small, but nothing complicated.

Scammers

I paid for the hotel in advance, they canceled my reservation the same day I arrived, without warning, leaving me lying in Madrid, without a hotel and perhaps when they return my money, tremendous scammers and without shame. Never stay in this place.

Bad.

I didn't think you could rent rooms so small, practically in the room there is only the bed and even small. The bathroom even worse the shower of less than a square meter does not allow to turn around and the sink tiny.
To save the friendly staff and cleanliness.

Small basic clean

Great location in Madrid. I wouldn't recommend for a lengthy stay as the rooms are small and very cramped for two people. The location is great as we stayed for the last night in Madrid as we needed to be close to the train station. The room has your basic needs , a bed and a bathroom. The staff where friendly and we where surprised the place was actually quiet. You can tell the walls are thin so maybe we got lucky and not many people where staying in rooms next door. I would recommend for a short stay or a single person on a budget but not for any longer than one or two nights. The room was very clean . Hostal Milan meets your basic needs of a clean bed and a bathroom, don't have any other expectations and you will enjoy your stay.

Not a 24 hours reception , beware

This is the worst serviced accommodation I have ever seen . Our flight arrives to Madrid at 12:30 am so I sent an email to the hostel to tell them I arrive after 1 am .. and yes we arrived my family and I at around 1:15 am .. kept ringing for half an hour with no luck . Until one couple guest were entering the building and let us in! We entered the hostel , no reception , no one was waiting , I kept sending messages , ringing , sending on booking , how to get our rooms ? How they claim there is 24 hours reception ? Until at around 2:30 am a lady came from one room , obvious she was sleeping and kept saying sorry !!! What is this ? Is this a respectful place to let a family in the streets ? Beware of this place , I came to Madrid many times and will come again but will never ever think to come to this place again ..
