Right Hostel with Good Transfer Service

The hostel is small, but it's fine. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the cleanliness, both of the room, and of the common areas, is very good. Attentive and friendly staff. The free transfer is wonderful as you are picked up at the airport without too much waiting. Just call to get them to pick you up. Of course, there are some time limits. For the drop-off at the airport, transfers leave every hour on the dot, and it is only necessary to notify reception of the chosen time. As for the breakfast (for a fee), it must be said that it is quite a correct buffet with variety.
The location is not very central, as it is on the outskirts of Barajas, away from the metro stop, but walking is only about 20 min to get there. However, there is a line bus that stops near the hostel and that stops near the mouth of the metro.

Very negative experience, without empathy or solutions

My experience with this hotel has been very disappointing and unprofessional. I had a reservation of one room, but on the same day of the flight this was cancelled due to bad weather, a cause totally beyond my control.
I immediately called the hotel to inform them of the situation and so they could have the room. They themselves confirmed that they reoccupied it, so there was no loss to the establishment.
Booking tried to manage the refund with them, they needed the authorization of the hotel and the hotel refused without justification. The result is that the hotel kept the money from the two reservations.
In addition, before the accommodation I requested information about the transfer service, and was told that the wait could be up to an hour and a half, something totally unacceptable for such a hotel and which demonstrates a clear lack of organization and customer service.
In short, a very negative experience, without empathy or solutions from the hotel. I absolutely do not recommend this property.

Bad experience

I want to state that this hotel is not recommended. Customer service leaves much to be desired.
They offer transfer service, but upon arrival at the airport they report that it only works at check-in time, even when guests arrive in the morning. If you arrive sooner, they tell you to “find your life” with your luggage, claiming that they are not responsible for the locker because it is full, without offering any alternative or showing the slightest empathy for the tiredness of the trip.
They do not take into account that many guests only need to leave their bags to fulfill already scheduled activities. The attitude of the staff is uncooperative and lacking in sensitivity towards the client.
To top it off, they justify this deal by saying that it is for having booked through Booking, hinting that if you booked directly with them the deal would be better. This argument is totally inappropriate and unprofessional.
In short, the care received is unacceptable. People with this attitude should not be facing the public. A very negative experience that I do not recommend at all

They’ll have to level up!

Hands down, I would choose this hotel over any other in Barajas, Madrid—particularly for business travel.
However, despite its consistent cabin crew clientele, the hotel’s service standards fall short of what is expected at this tier. Rather than relying on individual staff initiative, management should implement clear, standardised service protocols aligned with established 4* and 5* hospitality benchmarks to ensure consistency, professionalism, and scalability.

Don’t go there

I’m giving this place 1 star because you can’t give none . Arrogance , inefficiency and rudeness are the main features of this place . After almost for months of having booked a room for two, we got there and we were given the last available room (as if they had not known we were coming ). That room hat a toilet a bathroom and a shower in the room with no door whatsoever directly opposite the big bed (we had booked two beds) . Absolutely unacceptable for two persons .
We had the most unfriendly staff ever and when we wanted a refund we didn’t even get a reply from the hostel . This place should not be listed anywhere , it’s a disgrace . The breakfast is so below average that you should stay away.
The only thing that worked was the shuttle .
Shame , shame
