Best for its price

The hostel is very good and cheap. To compare it with other Hotels or Hostels with similar price it is one of the best. Staff is very friendly and room are very clean. The location is one of the best in Madrid there are loth of cafes and shops near. Thanks for great experience.

Horrific experience I left without being able to sleep

Serious problems of unsanitary, THERE ARE BED BUGS!!!! They'll sting all over your body. The hotel management won't give you your money back, they don't care. Awful old ugly room, dirty towels, old blankets, post-war mattresses, one of the worst hostels in Madrid.

There are chiches!!

He has a public health problem, the rooms have bed bugs, the owner was informed and did not care. We left the place and they didn't return the money. We booked by bocking but could do little. It was a shameless experience.

Regrettable place

Unfortunately, they cancel the reservation you made months ago a few days prior to your stay and they do not give you any explanations, nor do they answer the phone or email. Fatal attention, not recommended. At least they could give you some excuse, but not even that.

Great location

I would stay here again as it's the best location IN Madrid and a great price - I suppose it's not a romantic boutique hotel by any stretch of the imagination but it had comfy beds and a bathroom which has seen better days, the location and price is the main advantage,
