Central, comfortable and very clean: a jewel!
The only point to improve would be the Wi-Fi connection, as sometimes the coverage is somewhat unstable or weak in the rooms. However, because of its excellent value for money and its humane treatment, it is a highly recommended place to return without hesitation.

Scam. Is not safe or fit or compliant
Except excellent location, I would not recommend it to anyone for anything else. Noises at night, elevator not working, accessibility nil.

This is not a Hotel!
The location, close to everything in the center.
Welcome and reception. Nice and polite staff.
It's clean, clean every day, but very old. Back in the 70s.
Room on courtyard. So no outside noise.
The -
This is not a hotel, but an apartment that rents rooms.
The room is not 12M2, and does not match the photos.
The air conditioning is very noisy, impossible to leave it on to heat the room, otherwise we can not sleep. It malfunctions, the pipes vibrate and hit from everywhere, so intense cold to sleep and shower.
You have to pay 1 euro for the safe every time you open it.
Zero soundproofing, the neighbors are with you.
The bathroom is extra small, tiny. A toilet was slipped between the bathtub and the wall (half bathtub. Mini bathtub, it's a shower with high walls), it's almost impossible to sit down unless you're 60kg. SDB configuration to review.
DVD and CD player are not in the room, but also no hairdryer and kettle and that is more embarrassing, but it is indicated in the room description.
Because everything is placed in a very small space, the bed and desk prevent to open the window door to ventilate in the morning, pushing a little everything is possible.

Bad experience
1/5
A week ago on Google
Dire experience as soon as we arrived we were stuck in the sensor for an hour, the Inn owner did not bother to call the technical service saying that I had to finish cleaning the rooms. Once released we see that the asensor does not reach all plants but is between plants. Let's see how a lady in a wheelchair is intended to go up and down some old wooden stairs every day. When you make the Reservation specify wheelchair and asensor access. She charges me 135€ cancellation fee because I refuse to stay there after the reception and a few days later they charge me the same amount for Booking as cancellation fee because she says I have not paid it by a fraudster.
From what the taxi driver who picked me up told me it is not the first bad experience because apparently on Booking they sell the good reviews and the scores.

For and against
The pros: very very clean (despite the street entrance which seems worrying - don't be fooled), the owners are very nice and the husband is even an approved taxi driver which is very practical for the airport etc., and it's is very well placed to visit the essentials.
The cons: the walls are not very thick and if you have party people nearby it is very noisy, but fortunately the rooms overlook the courtyard so no noise from the street, and the rooms and bathrooms are actually very small, but personally we didn't care because it was just for sleeping. It would be nice if a few hooks were installed in the bathroom because there is no place to put clothes or things. And finally, the wifi doesn't work very well.
Very good location
