Cynthia from reception was extremely helpful. One are than can be improved is if they can have ice maker and hot water.

THEY DIDN'T ACCEPT MY CHECK-IN FOR BEING WITH MY 3 YEAR OLD SON

Unbelievable. I made the reservation, arrived at the check-in and they said they didn't accept kids. I was with my 3-year-old son. They said it was written but I proved it wasn't. I was left unhosted in a country where I did not master the language, having to look for a last minute hotel. Hoteis.com helped nothing. They only accepted to refund 2 of the 3 days. They're hurting Spanish law by making this refusal.

The room was not the expected one, pictures don’t match with rooms. It was really small with a small window, not small balcony as shown in the pictures. Cleaning service and staff was really good and polite.

website that hooks up and you get to the site and it's a poop

As you can put those reviews so high in this bad place, this on an 8 floor everything is noises, they are repairing the building a mess, they charge as if it were a hotel, this site should be totally forbidden hope that they prohibit this type of dirty business, two floors put them together and made a hostel, people opine they should be paid, you do not know where the building is and that corner with great road, a poop that is not recommended to anyone for 89 €, if they were 30 € a night I would shut up, but it comes out a day early because I could not stand it anymore there I was only 2 nights, hopefully no one falls in those places.

It was difficult to find at first but overall very nice staff, comfortable, and clean.
