Great Location!
We had a great stay at the Emperador Hotel on Madrid’s Gran Vía. Our room on the 4th floor was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.
The location is excellent, with many of Madrid’s main attractions, shops, and restaurants all within easy walking distance.
The main reason I chose this hotel was the rooftop pool, bar, and dining area with its stunning views over Madrid. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, and the staff were always friendly and served us with a smile.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.
The only downside was the lifts, which are quite small and slow, so there was often a bit of a wait during busy times.

Great hotel for a stay in Madrid.
Very centrally located hotel, right on Gran Via. Perfect starting point for all sightseeing tours, whether on foot or
with hop-on/hop-off buses with several stops in the immediate vicinity. The rooftop pool provides a pleasant cooling off after a hot day. Service over the long Pentecost weekend was unfortunately always a bit overwhelmed.

The food was very good, definitely need more wait staff in all restaurant/bar areas so staff in bar was not very attentive. My shower the entire time (week) ran hot to scalding to ice cold, it was looked at several times but never fixed, floors in my room/bathroom were not cleaned daily. Temperature in room was warm and not adjustable. Hotel in an excellent location, I would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel, free upgrade and we were able to check in at midday ! Staff could not have been more helpful .

Unforgettable experience
It has been an incredible weekend, the staff is super attentive, the facilities are impeccable. It also has a pool and terrace and the atmosphere is fantastic. I will return without a doubt.
