Shamelessly

A shame, a studio with a terrace reserved... a terrace that is not a terrace but the ramp of a parking lot... at 9 in the morning, drilling and construction work. Literally... in the room next door... horrible... and the shower was flooding... not to mention that I did not see any visible construction permit.

The worst customer service ever!! I tried to extend my stay before arrive and they never answered back. The place is really nice but the property management is bad!!!!

The room smelled horrible with a strong cigarette smell, covered up with a floraly perfume. I messaged the host and they showed up at the door saying it wasnt their fault if someone smoked. I had to keep the window open all night and there was no thermostat in the room to control the temp.
Additionally, the lock on the interior of the door didnt work and the wifi was not accessible. I contacted the host 3x inquiring on the wifi and never received a response. I would definitely not recommend this as a place to stay.
