Un hotel magnifico. Worth whatever you pay for the stay
Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue excepcional y casi todo lo que quisieras de un hotel esta aqui en este hotel.La comida del restaurante y bebidas tienen buena variedad y sabor. El equipo de recepcion y servicio hicieron mas de lo que se espera de un equipo.
Our hotel stay here was wonderful and superb. Reception was wonderful, service was quick and given with a smile..The bar and restaurant are open until midnight and the food tastes good with some variety not always found at other hotels.

Good Accommodation, Customer Service Needs Improvement
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options.
Unfortunately, our experience at reception was disappointing. The hotel was extremely rigid regarding a late check-out request, even though i offered to pay for the additional time. Enrique at reception was not particularly accommodating and showed little empathy throughout the interaction. The situation escalated to the point where the manager had to intervene. Overall, i was not satisfied with the level of customer service we received at reception, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Cool spot in Madrid
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The pool, fitness centre and various patios were all great. I thought the ability to borrow an instrument is a really cool idea and i borrowed an acoustic guitar for an afternoon - playing guitar while on vacation isn’t something I usually get to do. The breakfast buffet was great the one day I tried it. Would recommend staying here if you’re looking to relax and hang out in Madrid.
