Good hotel, bad customer service
We had a good experience staying at Emperatriz. Family room, 2 15y teens and us.
However I’ve forgotten a very special piece. Called the hotel, e mailed, and the only things that I keep receiving are sales offers.
At the end, it seems that selling is their only concern.

We have travelled the world and this hotel was up there in the top 10. Clean Quiet Safe area with many resturants close by. Managering Staff were the best and great front line staff who approached you at all times to help. The breakfast was unbelievable, so many foods to access and was the most varied we have ever experienced. The room was modern and very well laid out. We have both spent 50 years in customer service and this hotel was very special after four weeks of travel through Portugal and Spain. XLNT
