We love the location and the fact that besides it's a busy area the room was quiet. Friendly staff and the breakfast was fenomenal. The room was smaller than the one I thought we got, hard to walk around and the beds were hard like a rock. I complained about the hardness of the bed and the staff put some comforter under the sheets which make the bed much plesent.

It is a hard place to find and taxis cannot reach. The room we had was very small and fell very cramped. Elevator space was so small - enough room for just 2.

Ok place on a floor of a building .outside is right in the mix . Can’t get dropped off on front of building cause it’s a pedestrian street so you will have to walk a few blocks.If you get breakfast it’s a few blocks away

Good location, close to Plaza del Sol and Mayor. Taxis won't take you to the front of the Hotel, difficult after a 14 days cruise. Rooms too small not much space with 3 suitcases. Breakfast o.k.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Air conditioning was a little tricky, got hot at some point during the night. Staff obligated me to pay in Dollars which made it more expensive. They said there is a policy that I cannot pay in Euros. I later investigated, there is no policy. I felt like they scammed me. The conversion was inaccurate.
