We visited while walking the Camino del Norte. Had our bags delivered and collected by Correos.
Would recommend this hotel and would stay again. Best rate contact directly.

Very rude, grumpy couple running this. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. You can get better service elsewhere

The woman at reception was absolutely rude,grumpy & pushed my phone away when trying to translate Spanish into English to communicate with her & so was the grey gentleman (I believe her grumpy & rude husband). Emma was very helpful with the little English she spoke.

A little bit of everything

It is a hotel with good things and others not so good, Good cleanliness, the price, the room itself, less good than you hear the other rooms, the mattress,..probably yes I would repeat the hotel but since Luarca I did not like anything because I did not

An elegant hotel and two thieves

I had already paid when the lady started to seek conflict so openly that I decided against a stay. The lady reacted quickly, she basically threw me out, handed me the money, five minutes later I realized, still under shock, it was too little. The next day I asked for the rest, which she refused, telling me, in this improvised way people have who do not want to admit an error and add to it, that she did not feel obliged to refund me the money at all.
She also rashly grabbed a little paper out of my hand on which the entry code to the glass entrance door was noted down, saying the paper was hers, shutting the door almost violently. I had wanted to hand back the paper to her anyways, in return for the money, for reasons of politeness.
I still entered it afterwards until the general manager Mr. Miguel Nogueira stopped it to function.
Two people in a beautiful house, lacking manners and stealing money.

IT IS A HOTEL WITH A LOT OF CHARM

I found the hotel fantastic and very charming. Spacious rooms with a very pleasant closed gallery. Great heating. Well located.
I loved the decoration and I can't give any complaints about my two-day stay. The owner told us where to park as close as possible... and so we did.
I will definitely repeat if I return to Luarca.
