Solymar Apartments

We were in one of the apartments and it is worth mentioning the cleanliness and how well cared for they are. We got one that they recently renovated. Walls with very beautiful papers, one room with a large bed and chest and the other small one with 2 bunk beds. A large TV of about 55”. Just cross the street and you're on the beach.
The truth is that we were very happy. We will repeat for sure.

Correct and clean.

A very clean and pleasant hostel. We had run out of a hotel and found this hostel at the last minute.
They gave us a double room with views of the estuary.
They don't provide restaurant service but right below there is one that serves great food for both dinner and breakfast.

Buena relación calidad-precio

He pasados unos días muy agradables y con bonitas vistas al mar desde la ventana de una habitación individual. Todo muy limpio. El baño era muy pequeño pero todo lo demás correcto. La terraza en la azotea tiene unas vistas espectaculares.

Alojamiento con vistas espectaculares

Muy recomendable, habitaciones muy limpias y modernas. Baño muy práctico. Cama cómoda. La terraza en la parte superior tiene unas vistas espectaculares. El personal muy agradable. Muy recomendable si te quedas unos días por la zona ya que queda cerca de todo y tiene una playa justo delante del hotel en la que puedes pasar un buen rato.

Nefasta gestión con cliente habitual

Soy clienta habitual del hostal Sol y mar desde el año 2008 cuando todavía las habitaciones eran de la época "cuéntame como pasó" y siempre hemos realizado la reserva vía telefónica para que no tuvieran que pagar gastos de gestión a proveedores al tratarse de un alojamiento familiar. Hoy he revisado los portales de reserva y las habitaciones estaban todas a 50 euros, cuando he llamado para que tramitara la reserva me dicen precios más altos, por lo que informo que haré la Reserva por un buscador, lo entienden, y al segundo modifican las tarifas del buscador. Esta política de cambio de tarifa es abusiva, a pesar de que pueden cambiar las tarifas como se les antoje deberían de cuidar al cliente habitual y no ser tan peseteros. Con esta acción han perdido una familia de clientes.
