Llavorsi Rte Rei

Food with friends, after a hiking trail to Lake San Mauricio We ordered the Menu and it was all very good.
Escudella, baked ternasco, ember variety, cheesecake and Catalan cream hmm... It's got plenty of river
A place to come back.

Like at home

Marta, and Agustí make you feel at home. We went rafting, which by the way is next to the hotel, and we did half board, it cost us €109 with sleeping, dinner and breakfast for the couple. The food was very good, the soup, the mixed bowl, the cheeks, the feet, everything, everything, very good. The room faced the river, clean and correct. Now they have been closed in winter for some time now.
Opinion written in Spanish as required by Tripadvisor rules (CATALAN NOT ADMITTED). From here I claim that it is Catalan, a language recognized by Tripadvisor.

A very good rural Spanish hotel, with great staff and great local food.

Stayed here for 3 nights with a group of friends on a motorcycle tour. Very very reasonable prices and the evening meals were, in a word wholseome. However, dont expect Jamie Oliver, expect Jamie Olivers' Spanish grannies' cooking. We had unlimited wine with our meals and the ice cold red wine went down very well after the initial surprise!
Staff were brilliant, location was perfect for smooth mountainous roads and the rooms were large and clean.
The only strange thing, was that the hotel staff didnt unlock the hotel until breakfast time, so, if (as we did) you needed to pack a car/motorbike early, the staff would need to know the night before. Not really an issue, but strange not to be able to get out.
I would certainly visit again and I would use it again.

Said we would be back

Stayed here earlier this year and now our 4th time, had 9 days in Spain in October and NO RAIN.
Had to stay here again the roads are that good, lovely basic hotel, no frills just good honest value.
Probably be doing a Spain trip again next year so will be back here again.
