Excellent value for money. Very nice setting, friendly staff.

Very good second stay at the hotel. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. The hotel offers a three-course menu in the evening at €18 very qualitative, four choices of starters, four choices of dishes and desserts. It is also possible to eat à la carte. The restaurant staff is very friendly and attentive. Having read some reviews about breakfast, I specify that it consists of different kinds of breads that can be toasted to taste. Chocolate croissants and rolls, yogurt, four kinds of cold cuts, cheese, tomatoes, tortilla, hard-boiled eggs, cereals, juices, milk, jam, hot chocolate, coffee, espresso, etc... all at will for eight euros. The environment of the hotel is very pleasant, outside you can enjoy the swimming pool, sauna and games for young and old. There is also a large terrace for summer and ample private parking. A rating of five stars for an excellent overall value for money.

The customer does not choose; the chef decides

The restaurant service was correct, the staff was friendly and attentive, but it was a very disappointing experience. I ordered a second dish, and from several options that appeared on the menu, none could be served because the chef did not find it suitable to prepare them. This is the first time something like this has happened to me in a restaurant.
I do not understand why they offer a menu if in the end the customer cannot choose what they want, but rather what the kitchen decides to make. Perhaps it would be better not to provide a menu and just serve whatever they want. Very unprofessional.

They don't know how to manage problems, they hide them from you.

We made or booked weeks before our trip the hotel owner, very friendly, made a sale.
Arriving there on Friday 28 November night the room was freezing, they had had problems days before with heating, a breakdown, and WE WERE NOT WARNED.
We asked for a radiator and they weren't very cold. One cold night, very bad night
We asked for a rebate and they have not made it.When it came to pay they had PTV spoiled, we were waiting 30 minutes and nothing.
We understand that problems exist, but the ability to fix them and compensate the customer IS THE KEY. WE WILL NOT RETURN, THERE ARE OTHER PLACES IN S.JULIA.

He hasn't convinced us

We give it a 3/5 because we think the Service was generally good, but that it does not make up for the shortcomings we found in the hotel. Swimming pool there were a couple of pieces of the grid broken and they had placed a tablecloth, chipping in doors and walls, broken frames...
And that the hall the truth is very nice and welcoming, it does look careful and renovated, but once you go to the room you already see flaws everywhere in the hallway. The right room, if it looked renovated (bathroom no) but without air conditioning.
Breakfast is buffet and small. It has just enough, but the truth is that enough and they are restocking every 5 minutes, especially the pastries (croissants and pastries of puff pastry and chocolate) Tortilla very improveable and every day offer the same.
Dinner is outside, you are served at the table and there are always several options of first and second. There were really good dishes and others that we left practically whole.
In short, it would need a good reform to shine again.

A pleasure for the senses

Very nice and charming hotel in Sant Julià, close to Naturland and with the possibility of many excursions. Friendliness and good treatment from both the waiters (highlight Joan, pending every detail at all times to make each guest's lunch/dinner more pleasant) and the director, advising us on excursions, catering and many more details about our stay. Definitely a pleasure to spend there these two days and intending to repeat shortly. Good location, in quiet area and close to the center by car. We took half board and homemade food and very good. It's worth it!
