I think cleaners forgotten to clean up and change towels for the room given. But owner at reception was very kind and helpful and spoke very good English. Place is nice with good scenery and nice amenities

Apart from problems with the SMARTBOX box, we enjoyed the very clean and well decorated room, the hearty breakfast. Very Welcoming, the receptionist is very attentive to the customer.

Property is located in the small Spanish Village of Les. Great Mountain View’s in all directions The hotel is centrally located, close to multiple cafés, bars and a few restaurants that are right along a watershed that runs through the village. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and I got one four parking spots right out front. Stayed two nights and caught the Tour de France in Bagneres de Luchon. Les is about a 30 min drive but far enough to be uncrowded and quiet. Stayed with my GF and Service dog. Would definitely stay again. Only con is the pillows. Like a rolled up sleeping bags. We asked for flatter more comfortable ones and the hostess/ Mgr found us two flat soft ones. 👍

Charming and very comfortable hotel

A great discovery. Just 10 minutes drive from Vielha , it is a family hotel, charming and very comfortable.
I generally highlight the whole hotel, but in particular I would like to name the good treatment of exquisite friendliness by its owners, specifically with Mr. Oriol, a lovely person. I was under the impression that the other staff who worked at the hotel are the same in the treatment, but we intracted with Oriol.
We are a family that have been in hotels of much higher category but often the treatment of their workers leaves a lot to be desired, they should learn from the team that form in this hotel, I wanted to express this to be a reference hotel in terms of forms and treatment.

Nuestra máxima es que ustedes se sientan a gusto y bien servidos. Por lo que esperamos que repitan en el futuro.
