Hospitality

We liked it a lot and it is very well located in the center of Leon. Very good hospitality from Raquel and Lupe. Everything was clean. The breakfast was very good and they helped us with what we needed. We will return one day. Thanks for everything!

Really noisy

The rooms are very, very noisy. It's impossible to rest. They don't have space to store luggage, and we had to find a place in the city while it was raining and pay for it. Unpleasant service. Even though it's in the city center, it's not worth it.

Not What We Expected

This accommodation was well located but, it was like having a room in someone's home. We arrived back after checking in earlier in the day to find the common area we had to cross to access our room full of people who were preparing a communal meal in the area outside our room. Also, this location apparently offers breakfast (not offered with our booking) that was noisily eaten - lots of loud chatting - outside our room. We could also hear occupants in next room talking. Wifi was poor. This was supposed to be a rest day for us on Camino but, not as expected.

Our expectations were not met

The only good thing is the location, the rest needs much improvement. The tiny room, the old facilities, very cold came in through the window since they do not have double glazing, so very cold and a lot of outside noise.
An abuse for a pension, they charged €10 per night per pet, not even 4 stars. we will not return

Agradecidos que no vuelvan. Cuando hicieron la reserva se les avisó del precio por mascota y solo avisaron que traían una mascota y llegaron con dos sin avisar y pretendiendo pagar por una y al final se fueron sin pagar ninguna y finalmente después de reclamarselo por Booking han pagado las dos. Con lo cual su opinión no es fiable para nadie dado que mienten desde el primer momento.

Perfect for a couple of days

We stayed with our 6Kg dog. Very welcoming. And very well assembled. An old but well decorated and maintained apartment. The girl who runs the pension, Raquel, is very nice. He loves animals, and with how difficult it is to find lodging places that allow animals, it is appreciated. Very clean room and bathroom.
