Disappointing

I was given a Wonderbox gift box and decided to spend it by booking a room at this establishment because it looked so cute in the photos. It included two nights in a deluxe room with two breakfasts. Our surprise came when we arrived and the room they gave us was an interior one with barely a small window to an interior courtyard; it was quite stifling not having natural light. According to the reservation sheet they gave us, we were assigned a different room and they changed their minds at the last minute. It certainly was not even close to the photos on their website. It was a disappointment, honestly.

Can Safra It seems like it but it is not

I had to call and wait more than 30
Minutes for them to come and open the door according to the rules from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM the reception is open if you come later you have to pay a supplement and if you come on time there is still no one, they do not make up the room or clean it, nor do they make the beds, it says TV but there is none in the room, the pool is freezing and with little water renewal, the breakfast is not bad but there is no one to ask if you need anything, summary a I want to but I cannot surely I will not return and of course I do not recommend it to anyone

With that little change, it would be ideal!

The Hotel Can Safra is undoubtedly a very charming place. It is a beautiful hotel, tastefully decorated, and you can see that it has been recently renovated. Everything looks very well maintained and the little village where it is located is really charming, ideal for a quiet getaway.
The owner who attended us was very friendly and close, which made the experience even more pleasant.
However, there is one detail I would like to point out: the sinks in the rooms (at least in ours and in that of friends) are open, without privacy. Although I was traveling with my partner, there are certain times when a little privacy is appreciated, so I think this aspect could be improved.
Overall, it is a very nice hotel, with excellent service and perfect for those looking for charming accommodation in beautiful surroundings.

Caro

Contratamos una habitación para 6 días carísima, superior y con vistas; y nos dieron una habitación interior que daba a un patio; con el baño separado por una pared que no llegaba al techo y sin intimidad alguna. No había servicio de habitaciones ni amenities. Más caro que un hotel de lujo y sin ninguna comodidad. No vuelvo a una casa rural. Es un engaño.
