The house has excellent harmony with nature, is beautifully decorated, and the people who run it are exceptionally friendly.

Disappointment before you arrive
The day before our arrival we were called to offer us a change of room that we did not understand very well, and that ultimately we did not accept. We thought it was strange. The next day, on the way from Madrid, we were contacted again to say that we were being changed because there was no heating, which reinforced that feeling that something was not entirely clear. Finally, an hour after accepting the change, we received a new call informing that there was also no water because of a problem in the area due to the recent fires.
We fully understand that unexpected events may arise, but the succession of such confusing calls and explanations made us wary of the situation. In addition, the telephone answering was not especially empathetic or friendly; the person who answered us simply told us to find other accommodation, without offering us any help or courtesy details, which is often common in these cases.
In the end we had to cancel and look for another hotel on the go. Too bad, because we really wanted to know the site, but the management and attention were not up to the expected.
