Nice hotel with clean spacious pool really nice close to parking and full of bodegas restaurants to visit really the alcazar de jerez beautiful pool make the family happy awesome thank you the team room equipped everything well

Don’t Stay here
Could not gain access to the rooms, no one on site, no reception. Their telephone was on auto answer and had to call booking.com in London to resolve. Ended up staying in a different hotel. Booking.com refunded my upfront payment. No idea what’s going on at this place and would suggest staying elsewhere in Jerez.

Scammers using tracer methods.
Handbook scammers. Book through Booking on a Tuesday to stay overnight from Wednesday to Thursday. The price was 45 euros so I booked and they confirmed the reservation without problem. That same day I get into Booking and I get an alert indicating a problem in the reservation; the price went from 45 to 65 euros and the choice was either accept it or cancel it, after themselves accept the reservation and indicate that the price was 45 euros.
The next morning I call to see if it was a mistake, but logically it wasn’t a mistake it was a totally fraudster practice whose clear intention is to get there and have to make you pay the 65 euros. Their argument was that there was a fault with Booking's booking engine, so I simply decided to cancel and quickly search for another one. While I was looking for another hotel, I came back the same room for 5 euros cheaper than the price I booked the day before (40 euros) to what I call with another number and their answer is the same as it is a mistake but instead of removing the ad or clarifying it they prefer to leave it and when you get there you will get the 65 euros.
I do not recommend anyone to ever go, look anywhere else that there are better, cheaper and that are not scammers.

Spectacular. Location, price, spacious, elegant, NEW & a good value.
Spectacular. A beautiful traditional Spanish home with a central courtyard that has been converting breathtakingly gorgeous suites. The price is very fair, the location is very good & the interior if my suite was beautifully furnished with three windows looking onto the street, fully equipped kitchen, nice towels & bedding, espresso maker, etc. Everything you could need in an apartment, it’s there. I was impressed in that there were coffee pods & even olive oil & salt (one evening I stayed in & boiled delicious raviolis & just added olive oil & salt provided; great touch. I also used both the toaster & microwave.
The separate bedroom has its own bedroom TV. The bathroom is massive with an equally huge open shower (see pics). I stayed only two night but the studio (really, a one bedroom apartment) can easily be for a long stay, especially for persons traveling on business that must stay in Jerez for an extended period of time.
Communication with the host/reception is amazingly fast. The young lady responded to my every WhatsApp immediately & always with kindness & a willingness to do whatever needed to be done to ensure I had a great stay. That type of service, together with the beautiful large fully equipped elegant & spacious apartment (#9) leads me to give the Alfonso X Suites in Jerez a 5 across the board. It was so so FANTASTIC that if there were more stars available, they’d earn them.
If you are looking for a fairly priced hotel, don’t look elsewhere; book this one immediately. LOVED IT! Amazing, really.

Excellent Choice
Apartment was very convenient for town centre , clean and close to cares and supermarket. Elena , the manager, could not have been more helpful and made great recommendations for Bodega tour - Lantau - and also tapas and flamenco bars - would thoroughly recommend.
