Beautiful hotel, lovely spacious room with comfortable extra king size bed. Amazing outdoor pool. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very good. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Passable
The hotel is passable, but the guy at the entrance to the dining room (Álvaro) treated us in a derogatory and rude manner; he made us go up to our room to get the card that you have to show at the restaurant entrance, while he let certain people in without it. I don't think that is how customers should be treated. The pool water was very cloudy for two days and they didn't manage to fix it. The food was okay, repetitive but no complaints. I would think very carefully about returning to this hotel because of the treatment received from this person.

The hotel should be a 3-star hotel.
Hello, I stayed at the hotel for a few days and these are my complaints.
1. The employee who was at the restaurant entrance, whose name is ALVARO, treated us in a very arrogant and haughty manner. Making us go get the card with which you have to identify yourself, while he let other people in without it. We find these attitudes toward customers shameful. The staff's treatment of customers is unfriendly.
2. The food was generally good.
3. The facilities were acceptable. Except for two days when the pool water looked cloudy and they did not clean it.
4. We are going to think twice about returning to this hotel and would not recommend it to friends and family. The cleanliness and hygiene leave much to be desired...

Wonderful Spa Facility and staff.
Friendly reception staff.
Down side, no kettle in the room or water.
Considering the number of people with mobility issues and think that easy access to food should be offered.
All inclusive stay should be just that and throughout the day. Evening venue seem to be too small for the number of people.

Good family friendly hotel
Good food, a lot of activities organised by the hotel helpful staff and nice heated inside swimming pool. Also nice location in walking distance from the beach.
