Un hotel muy familiar

Hotel con encanto. Trato muy familiar. Todo limpįsimo. Muy tranquilo. Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Las dueñas muy amables y simpáticas, te hacen estar como en casa. El desayuno muy completo. Repetiremos seguro!!! Mil gracias por todo: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A decent place in Hecho

We needed a place in Hecho as the hotel we really wanted was full. This is a perfectly fine choice. There is no elevator; however their parking area is up at the level of the rooms on the second floor, so that helps. The dining room is large and attractive, with an old fashioned atmosphere (which is good). Breakfast was very good. I think we were the only guests, and they did not serve dinner. We found a good restaurant within walking distance.
There are common areas with lots of nice books and magazines in Spanish and very good views.
The room was fine and the bathroom was large and good. The hallway has a sort of 1970s feel. We had no trouble paying with a credit card. No one spoke much English but we got by with Google translate. I would rate it 3.5.

Perfecto para escapada a Pirineos

Hotel muy bien situado y con facilidad de parking cerca.
Si bien la decoración no es muy moderna, las habitación y todas las estancias son amplias y cómodas. Las medidas COVID están perfectamente implantadas en todas partes. Personal muy amable y servicial. El desayuno muy completo. SIN PEGA.

Mucho frío en la habitación.

Cuando dejamos las maletas por la tarde, la habitación estaba caldeada. A la vuelta, alrededor de media noche, hacía un frío exagerado. El radiador estaba frío completamente, sin calefacción. En el exterior había una temperatura de 8 grados. Por la mañana, de madrugada, la misma temperatura heladora. A raíz de esto, me produjo un catarro fortísimo que me duró toda la semana.
Lo siento, pero no pienso volver.

Buen trato

Hotel con encanto pero con necesidad de reformas, las habitaciones estan bastante limpias al igual que los baños, el trato del personal amable, el desayuo bastante correcto de hecho te ofrecen cualquier cosa que este al alcance de su mano.
Peros, un poco de reformas sobre todo en el tema del ruido ya que al estar junto a la carretera el aislamiento de las ventanas no es bueno, el Wifi regular.
Por lo demas bastante correcto.
