Warning

Warning! This is a completely unprepared host who, at the first criticism, searched for my personal and professional profile to publicly insult me. Stay away!
The only bed was too small for three people (and she knew we were two adults and a child); she sold us an apartment for three, but it could barely accommodate one person.

We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few points, especially as this is a second review related to the same stay, both published on the same date.
The apartment is prepared to accommodate up to three guests, as stated in the listing, and includes an additional room. We also provide a baby cot upon request, which was not requested in your case.
Our property is cleaned and checked before every arrival, and no issues were reported during your stay, which would have allowed us to resolve them immediately.
Additionally, after your departure, the apartment was left in a condition well below our usual standards of cleanliness, which we also regret.
We remain committed to offering a well-maintained property and respectful communication with all our guests.

Terrible experience

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. The place is shabby and dirty. I found dead cockroaches in the bathroom. The air conditioner wasn’t working and was only available in the living room. The host was rude and completely unprepared.

Our apartment is thoroughly cleaned and checked before every arrival, and we have no record of any issue such as the ones you describe. During your stay, no problems were reported to us, which would have allowed us to address them immediately.
The air conditioning is located in the living room, as clearly stated in the listing, and it is working properly.

Ubicación perfecta.

Elegimos este apartamento para pasar unos días y visitar Granada. Está muy bien situado en el centro de la plaza nueva y en la misma calle puedes subir a la Alhambra que está a 10 minutos andando. El apartamento está bastante completo y tiene guarda equipaje con taquilla.
